大勝軒をイメージしてたので、その辺のギャップを埋めるのに少し苦心した。 メンマとネギは、ご自由にとのことだったので、楽しませていただいた。 魚粉もご自由にだったので、味変を楽しめた。

2024/7/7 18時ごろ訪問 守谷PA（上り）のフードコート内にあるお店。 既にいくつかの口コミにもあるように、東池袋大勝軒の流れを謳っていながらも、かなり様子が異なるものでした。 食券制、各種電子マネー使えます。（QRコード決済、クレカタッチ決済は不可） チャーシューもりそばを注文。 フードコートらしく、順番が来たら鳴るタイプの機器を渡され、席を確保して待つも、5分もせずに鳴動。 この速さはとても良かった。 受取に行くと、カウンターに酢、七味唐辛子、胡椒、魚粉といった定番味変アイテムに、自由に盛れる小口切りのネギ。 ネギが盛り放題なのはネギ好きの自分にとっては嬉しいサービス。 あとはスープ割のポットが置いてありました。 で、肝心のもりそばの味ですが、、、 麺は硬めに茹でられたものを水で〆ているので、かなりコシがあるというか、硬い。 本家東池袋大勝軒が多加水ツルモチの中にしなやかなコシを感じる麺なので、それを期待すると面食らう感じ。麺だけに。 スープもまた、各種素材の出汁感はあるが、味はつけ麺にしては薄め。そして、東池袋大勝軒系のもりそばの最大の特徴だと思っている、甘辛酸の三位一体が感じられない。 というか、どれもない。 ここで、味変アイテムでの調整前提だったかと察する。 とはいえ、辛と酸はアイテムで補填できても甘はできないため、バランスを整えきれない感じがなんとも中途半端。 具材。肝心のチャーシュー。厚切りで見た目も美しいのだが、切置きされているものなのか、酸化されて味を、感じる。あと冷たい。 肉質しっかりで噛み応えあるものの好みとは違う。正直チャーシューもりそばにしたことを後悔。 メンマ、なると、海苔は可も不可もなく。。。 総じて、東池袋大勝軒を期待するとがっかりしてしまう味でした。 普通のあっさり系つけ麺としても、不味くはないけど、なんだかなぁ、な感じ。 個人的にはそんなにおすすめしないです。
