Everything was incredible and aesthetically beautiful from the moment we arrived - from the well trimmed garden to their generous and healthy plates of food. Stopped in at Bloom House on our way to the beach. Not only was the atmosphere super calm and welcoming, but the food was incredible too! ランチの美味しいヒミツのカフェ。 自家製ベーコンパンプレート1200円(パンをビスケットに変更) ビスケット追加＋100円。 予約なしで行ったので、少しだけ待ちました。 車は4台分の駐車スペースがあるのですが、それ以上に席があるので、駐車出来ない事もありそうです。 (小上がり4人×2、4人テーブル、2人テーブル、6人テーブル、カウンター4人………全席でこのくらい？) 予約等が必須かもしれないです。 ビスケットは、某〇〇チキンのビスケットと同じイメージでいいと思います。シロップも付けて貰えます。 ベーコンは肉の風味が強く、燻製の香りの方が少し弱いくらいかも。そして、噛みごたえがある。硬いと表現するのは簡単なんですが、言う程硬い訳ではなく、噛み締めると肉の香り、肉の味がシッカリして美味しい。 緑の葉物野菜がシャキシャキなのは当然として、ドレッシングにナッツが振りかけてあって、風味も食感もいい。キャロットラペやヒヨコ豆をクミンシードで炒めてある物が乗っていたりして、それもシッカリ美味しい。 他にもさつまいものグリルやポテトの素揚げ？もあって、充分にお腹が満たされる量でした。 パンとビスケットをそれぞれ追加で注文したのですが、ビスケットは追加だと１個だそうです(プレートのパンをビスケットに交換した時は2個) ビスケットはスイーツ的に食べるのがいいかも。 ベーコンをガッツリ食べたい時は、パンのプレートにして、パンを追加。野菜も乗せて、自分でサンドイッチ作って食べるのが美味しいかも。 次は、そうしよ。 次に行くのが楽しみです。
