There is something seriously wrong with their meat. It looks great and it's nicely marbled, but it had no flavor. I've eaten a lot of wagyu, I'm in the business so I know a little bit about meat. Good wagyu always has a deep, rich flavor, even if it is not overly marbled. This beef did not have that. Also, the fat didn't melt, since wagyu fat tends to melt at room temperature you notice it starting to get pretty oily if you let it sit out for a few minutes. They brought our order out quickly so I had some pieces sitting out for a good 45 minutes and they never started to melt. Even on the grill, the fat barely melted, they was no drip and it remained hard. The flavor was just a little off. They also took some pretty big liberties with the naming of the different cuts, all yaki niku restaurants do this and if it's good enough beef, then it's no big deal. But calling a chuck tender "karubi" is pushing it a bit. I've easily had yaki niku 3 or 400 times in Japan, even including some awful all-you-can-eat joints, this was one of the worst. The prices are high and the portions look smaller than the weight they list on the menu, didn't have a scale but I do have a pretty good eye for meat weights. 晚上和家人一起來到這家店,櫃檯服務員臉很臭就算了態度真的很不行,明明是名店,但有這樣的店員真是感到非常可惜。如果想被氣爆,可以來這家店看看

In the evening, I visited this store with my family. The receptionist had a sour face and a terrible attitude. It's supposedly a famous store, but with such staff, it’s really bad. If you want to get extremely frustrated, you should visit this store.
I've lived in Japan for over ten years, and this is the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced. When making the reservation, a male receptionist said, "Please find someone who speaks Japanese."
My Japanese proficiency is at a business level, though I might have an accent, this was the first time I was treated like this.
We brought a baby and asked if we could use a stroller. They said, "Using a stroller will prevent the store from providing services, and it will be very troublesome for us."

They don’t over seasoned or using much pre marinaded meat. So you get to taste the original waygu flavor!!
Service was also good. Although they berely speak English but still super willing to help.
Order via iPad which makes the language barrier smaller…
I recommend order the combo and adding some additional single order. I didn’t order but if you like to try one piece of everything…. They have the 9 kinds of meats option.
