MOKULELE — Restaurant in Motobu

I thought hard if I was over inflating my five star reviews. I'm not. From the start: Mokulele is in a great spot on the water, easy to find, and they have parking! They were full when we showed up, but lucky us, most of them were on their way out and the staff was prompt in clearing tables. The menus have pictures and English titles. We ordered the french toast, fruit breakfast sandwhich (fruit in light whipped topping in white bread, quite refreshing), and tomato porridge. A nice little stop to have some more Western take on some poke bowls. Theyve got a fun little Hawaii vibe. The food is tasty, but pretty expensive for what it is. You can usually get a good lunch or breakfast for 700-800 yen elsewhere. This food is about 1400 yen.
