素晴らしい！Really cool, authentic Japanese dining experience. I went with a local Japanese friend, which really helped with the language barrier. Every piece of onigiri was crafted beautifully right in front of me, and every piece was of a different fish or sea creature. I cannot tell you all of what I ate, but I do know that I ate puffer fish near the beginning and am still living to write this review. Everything was delicious, including the hot sake and tea. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Fukuoka....

Authentic sushi 🍣 lunch set with salad of starters of Daikon, hamburg meat and fugue fish jelly. The fresh sushi is also good. Charan mushing is nice too. Overall...

お世辞抜きで、こんな素晴らしいお寿司屋さんが家の近くにあったら、毎週通ってしまうレベルのお店です。

先月、お土産のお寿司をご対応頂いたお礼に、どうしても伺いたかったのですが、今日ようやく願いが叶いました。

大将の目利きと技術で、本当にどれを食べても美味しかったです。大満足です！

特に、最初に出して頂いたお勧め10貫はヤバイです。間違いない☝️✨

一つひとつが丁寧で、仕込みの仕事ぶりが、美味しい味に反映されていました。

穴子の西京焼き、味わい深かったです。 手作りレモンスカッシュは甘さ控えめで、不思議とお寿司とも合いました♪

海苔を焼く香りから、食べる前に美味しいことが分かりました。

ネタは、旬のものが揃います。 魚は全て美味しいですが、筍やめかぶまで寿司で美味しく頂けた事には驚きでした。

職人さんの芸術品と向かい合うため、いや。美味しい味を堪能する為、写メは敢えて撮影しませんでした。

でも、間違いなく永く記憶に残る、唯一無二のお寿司屋さんである事は間違いありません。
