Ate here for lunch and really loved it. Not only the taste but the quick glimpse of how humble and down to earth the owner is. He said "I'm an old person, I'm sorry I could not learn the new way". To me, it was what made his place authentic and made with love. Hopefully, I can visit him again in the future. Much love from Seattle Washington. ---- ランチで訪れましたが、本当に美味しかったです。味だけでなく、オーナーの謙虚で気さくな人柄も垣間見えました。 オーナーは「私は年寄りなので、新しいやり方を学べなかったことを残念に思います」と言っていました。私にとって、その言葉こそが、彼の店が本物で、愛情を込めて作られている理由だと感じました。 またいつか彼の店に伺えるといいなと思っています。ワシントン州シアトルより、愛を込めて。
