土曜日の開店３０分前に着いたが、既に行列。 ３つ購入出来ました。 私より後に来た３人以降はほぼ完売状態でした。 購入するのにはもっと早めに行った方がいいかも。 塩パンガーリック→程よい弾力があり美味しい あんぱん→薄めの生地にこし餡が入っていて、餡は舌触りがよく、口の中で無くなります。 いちじくとクリームチーズ→小さいがどっしりとしており、満腹感がある。いちじくも沢山入ってました。 無期限のスタンプカードがあります。

Veteran natural yeast bread hunter in rural areas around Japan. Visited Hachisu and learned that it is now open only two days per month, the 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 11 AM and is often sold out within the hour. The owner was apologetic for not updating the online schedule. The 5 star rating is for her running out to our car to tell us she could make some of the bread baking in the oven for a Shimokita GeoPark weekend event available to us. We ended up "talk story" (we are from Hilo, Hawaii) while waiting for the bread which made the whole effort worthwhile I think for...

オープンと同時に入店(先頭から数えて3人目でした)しましたが、何故か食パンは売り切れ。予約優先の様です。ないならメニューに書かなければいい。予約もインスタから受付ているとの事で、それを聞いた他の客へ「インスタやってないですよねぇ？」と小馬鹿にしたような話し方。客の年齢をみて言った感じで接客向いてないと思います、愛想も無いですし。インスタやってるなら一言「予約分で店舗販売分ありません」くらい書けばいい。それかちゃんと予約分と店舗販売分確保するとか。 趣味でやってる店なんでしょうか、常連さんというか馴染み客だけ来てくれればいい感じのスタンス？美味しくても...
