So much yummy food for only 700 yen! There was only one staff that I could see and I was very impressed with how well he managed everything. He even included my latte (which was made via pour over) into the morning set, which was so kind of him. The place filled up pretty quickly and when we asked the owner about recommendations in the area, most everyone else dining chimed in to join the conversation. It was a fun local experience! Fantastic traditional little cafe by the station. Great atmosphere and coffee (with a selection of regular hot or iced coffee and “straight” as in single origin). Impeccable service from the gentleman who serves coffee and adds a few cookies to take the edge off the hunger of the weary traveler. One of my most authentic experiences in Japan, I will always remember it.

We had the set breakfast here and loved it. Only 700 yen. The coffee was great too. And we loved the service. Thank you to the man who seemed to be alone and did everything but in good time. Great work. We would easily come back to this place.

Nice place to spend the time if you missed a train after visiting nachi falls. Breakfast set comes with a cup of coffee, toast bread, decent scrambled eggs, salad and other small sides such as yogurt and pickled carrots. Decent food with free wifi in a bright...
