☑️ 時間を潰したい人には悪くはない。(提供は遅め) 一般的なスタバやカフェの落ち着きや安らぎを求めたい人には不向き。

☑️ 勉強で長時間などは、注意も受けないしお客さんも店員さんどちらもテキトーなので相性は良さそう。

スタバの会社的にも人は嫌でも来るから ドル箱的に使いつつ レベルの低いスタッフを収容する都合の良い店舗なのかもしれない。

久しぶりに悪いスタバに当たってしまい、気分があまり良くなく電車に乗るのが悲しいです。 地元に戻ってきて他の長岡のスタバも結構行きましたが、ここがワーストかな...

・店内がゴミゴミしていて落ち着かない = 席も多いし高校生などがたむろっていても注意をしない

・店員さんのスキル(もしくは人数)が足りていない = 他の人の低評価コメントを見ても、コミュニケーションが取りづらい店員さんが多い印象でした(私もそうでした。研修の様子がレジからも見える場所でやっていて作る速度や話す言葉も微妙でした...)

・愛想が全体的に悪い =...

特に大雪の厳冬期の、新幹線の待合には便利な喫茶店。出入口が駅ビルの二階でしかも屋内であるため、屋外の寒さをほとんど感じず快適に利用することができます。店内も比較的広く、またテーブルや椅子も、通路を広くするために配置されているため、キャリーバッグを持った旅行者や車椅子の利用客でも無理なく利用できると思います（その分、座席数は他の店舗に比べ若干少ないようにも感じます）。 但し、特に大雪の日は床拭きが追い付かなくなるくらい床が濡れるため、足元が滑りやすくなるのに注意が必要です。

The cafe is located on the second floor of Nagaoka Station Building. Because it's entrance is indoors, so you don't feel cold of outside of the hard winter particularly, and you can spend it comfortably. The inside of the cafe is large, and tables and chairs are arranged to secure a wide aisle(I thought that the number of seats was a little small for that). On the other hand, especially on a heavy snow day, the floor gets wet in excess that the floor cleaning by staffs cannot catch up. You have to be careful...
