The best meal I have had in Japan. The karaage was so juicy and the it’s the 3rd time I’ve had chanpon in Nagasaki and this was without doubt the best. The owners are so kind too.

長崎勤務時に、ちょい飲みでお邪魔させてもらっておりました＾＾ お気に入りは、島原素麺のメーカーが製麺された、うどん(温)(税込400円) こちらは〆で♪ 細めの麺はもちもちで、喉越しもグッと❤️出汁の効いた汁とのバランスも素晴らしい❤️ 他、必ず頼むのが、若鶏生姜焼き単品です。 豚肉で無く、鶏肉と云う面にも惹かれてます＾＾ 爽やかな生姜の風味の効いた甘ダレがさっぱりとした鶏肉に合います♪ 鶏肉の弾力も良く、美味しい一品＾＾ 定食メニューも豊富で、お昼も重宝してます♪ 久しぶりにお邪魔した本日は、焼きそばです🍀 そばは、ちゃんぽん麺を使われております (いわゆる長崎焼きそばです♪) もちっとした、ちゃんぽん麺の食感がヨカです＾＾ 金蝶ソースをぶっかけていただきました❤️ ご馳走様でした😋

料理は申し分なくおいしかったのですが、店員の塩対応(不愛想な接客)が気になりました。やはり我々客は気分よく外食をしたいので接客にもせめて笑顔でハキハキと対応して欲しいと思うのですが、と言うかそれが接客する上で当たり前だと思っています。こちらのお店は５，６０代の３人の女性が厨房で料理を作っているのですが疲れ切った表情で覇気がないように見えて少し気になりましたし、料理中などもお客を必要以上に見てくるのが気になりました。チラッと客の様子を確認するくらいに見る分にはいいと思うのですがなんか不審者でも見るような目で見られてる気がして気分が悪くなりました。接客業というのは料理も含めて接客までお客によく思われて成り立つ商売だと思うのでもう少しお客に対する対応まで考えて営業された方がいいと思います。

料理は申し分なくおいしかったのですが、店員の塩対応(不愛想な接客)が気になりました。やはり我々客は気分よく外食をしたいので接客にもせめて笑顔でハキハキと対応して欲しいと思うのですが、と言うかそれが接客する上で当たり前だと思っています。こちらのお店は５，６０代の３人の女性が厨房で料理を作っているのですが疲れ切った表情で覇気がないように見えて少し気になりましたし、料理中などもお客を必要以上に見てくるのが気になりました。チラッと客の様子を確認するくらいに見る分にはいいと思うのですがなんか不審者でも見るような目で見られてる気がして気分が悪くなりました。接客業というのは料理も含めて接客までお客によく思われて成り立つ商売だと思うのでもう少しお客に対する対応まで考えて営業された方がいいと思います。
