In any case, the master will prepare you, with a variety of techniques, and a variety of beans, excellent coffee. I can especially vouch for the "dutch coffee" (cold drip coffee in the west), which he does extremely well. His blend coffees are excellent as well, which he makes with flannel instead of paper filters.
It is unfortunate that not much english is spoken, because the master is absolutely passionate about coffee, and will share interesting stuff about both the history and the techniques.
Despites the opening times, you can't really eat there, the toasts he prepares are really good but don't really make for a meal.

Atmosphere and interior design are excellent. The coffee seems to be of the highest quality. Go in, have a cup of coffee and chat with the owner while smoking a cig if you fancy (seen alot of people doing that here). Only down side is the owners a bit rough around the edges. Blunt and straight forward. He was nice to me but was rude to my friend on a different occasion. The guys from a different generation i guess. Not a fan of 'youngsters'.
Unfortunately i don't have any photos since the owner doesnt like mobile phones and i think he would get seriously angry if I even tried to sneak a photo of the coffee set.

The coffee might be a little expensive (avg. about 400yen), mainly because of the high quality beans and the shop roasting them themselves. However, the sets with cake or toast are relatively cheap.
