The food is delicious, smells good and also looks good. The chef has good skill which made us enjoyed watching him cooking a lot. It was my friend’s birthday and I made request to write happy birthday on the dessert plate, and they really did that with very beautiful hand writing made by chocolate pen. This restaurant was awesome. You know, as this restaurant is Teppanyaki, every seat is counter seat. We can enjoy the night view of Nagasaki. We visited this place at the sunset time. The changing night view of Nagasaki surprised us. In addition, the teppanyaki Cook was very nice. Thanks to the counter seat style, we can enjoy the conversation with the cook.

結婚記念日のお祝いでお店を探していたところ、兼ねてから興味があったこちらのお店に電話をしました。電話応対が良かったのでこちらのお店を予約しました。事前にアレルギーや苦手な食材を確認してくれます。ガーデンテラス長崎のロイヤルテラスにあるお店です。テーブルに通されて、まず目を見張るのが窓一面に広がるパノラマ、六時に予約してオーシャンビューと日没には世界三大夜景、モナコ、上海に並び称される稲佐山の夜景を眺めながら最高のロケーション、最高の食事を堪能しました。桜コースを注文しました。アミューズブーシュからデザートに至るまで全て至高の逸品でした。シェフが目の前で調理して食べやすいように切り分けて盛り付けて提供してくれます。素晴らしいパフォーマンスでした。最高の食材を最高の旨味を引き出します。海鮮はアワビとオマール海老でした。オマール海老は食材のそのままの味を堪能しました。全ての料理が素敵な器に盛り付けられていて繊細で洗練されていました。メインディッシュの肉料理は四回連続和牛オリンピック日本一の宮崎牛のシャトーブリアンのヒレとロースの食べ比べです。紅葉おらし、ワサビ、柚子胡椒、塩、赤じゃがいものペーストなどいろんな味を楽しめます シェフとは奇遇にも同じ年で会話が弾み、接客、おもてなしも素晴らしく、上質な食事、最高のロケーション、素晴らしい接客で素敵な結婚記念日を過ごしました。 最後にはhappy Anniversary...
