Convenient and tasty enough spot open early for breakfast in the area - one of a few options for that. It’s like a standard Japanese basic menu, and they have eggs and bacon breakfasts too. I got that japanese cheese-inside burger with a load of gravy and no bun thing you see, a couple hash browns and a pancake with real maple syrup and butter. Bottomless coffee from a machine too. Everything was good and satisfying. This was my first Japanese burger patty thing and it’s more satisfying and tasty than it looks. We also tried a little cup of natto here for the first time. Neither of us really wanted it. They say it’s a love or hate it food. I wouldn’t say I hated it, I could have ate it in a pinch and believed it’s healthy, but not a taste I want with “better” more familiar stuff available. My traveling companion had a fillet of salmon and a rice and thin sliced beef bowl. Both seemed tasty, she polished both off even with being a picky eater. Vibe was pleasant and chill in the early morning with mostly older patrons. Some couples, an old dude drinking beer alone at 8am and looking forlornly around, and a group of older lady friends. Gusto is a family restaurant that serve Japanese and American fusion food. Restaurant is cosy and plenty of car parks available. Gusto serve nice breakfast and coffee is free flow. 名護市内の貴重なファミリーレストランです。 (でももうすぐココスが開店してしまう、、) 机が広いので、お客さんの少ない時間帯では勉強や仕事も捗りそうです。 マックやミスドよりは断然ガスト！

休日のお昼には家族連れのお客さんが増えます。 その大繁盛具合を考慮すると、 スタッフの人数を増やしてもいい気がします。 食べ終わった食器やゴミが、 いつまでもテーブルの上にあるのは、なんだかなあ。 そうではありますが、 スタッフの皆さんの接客には 文句の付けようがありません。 キビキビ動いて、且つ笑顔忘れずで ちゃんとトレーニングされてるんだろうな～と想像しました！

グランドメニューはインターネットで見たものと少し異なっていました。 デザートの種類がちょっと少なくなっていたかも？

ドリンクバーの種類も豊富なので、長居しても飽きなくていいですね。 干し梅も頂けます(⌒▽⌒)

次回は早起きして朝メニューに挑戦したいです。(あるのかな？)

(2017.6.27再訪) まず、ガストのモーニングの充実ぶりに驚きました！ スクランブルエッグのセットに+250円でフレンチトーストを追加してもらいました。 フレンチトースト単品が450円なので、 同じ大きさならかなりお得なのではないでしょうか。

また、ほどよく静かなので読書や勉強、考え事にちょうど良さそうな空間でした。 朝の時間帯に働いているスタッフの方の接客は本当に素晴らしいので、 接客業で働かれる人は、こっそり勉強に来るといいかもしれません。 気持ち良く１日を過ごせそうです。ありがとうございました！

星の数が4つなのは、 コーヒーメーカーのところに大きめのゴキブリがいたから、、、、 食べ物を扱うところなので、衛生面は気をつけてほしいところです。
