J.S. Burgers Cafe Nagoya Mozo Wonder City — Restaurant in Nagoya

The burger was 3 stars; decidely average, especially with many much better options in Nagoya area. Specifically, while the toppings were good, high quality ingredients, the bun and meat was below cospa.

However, arriving at 3pm on a weekday, I waited in line outside for 20+ minutes before being acknowledged by the staff, despite myself and the couple in front of me pressing the call button for information. Finally, the group behind me actually went inside and asked a server to see us all. Then, when I was seated 10 minutes later, I could see around 8 empty tables; 3 were clear, the rest were unbussed. Only 3 groups left while we waited, and there were at least 4 waitstaff (who were very leisurely walking around).

I ordered immediately upon sitting down, however it was a further 15 minutes before the food came (despite there being only one order, the couple, before me). I have worked in busy restaurants, and this one needs an expeditor badly.

The environment is nice and the workers are also very friendly. You have a cheap option to have infinite refill of your drink instead of buying the expensive drink. The burger was pretty good, it’s something I haven’t seen elsewhere before. The burgers come with a portion of fries. You cannot buy from the kids menu as an adult, which is sad because most of the time the portions are too big for me. The dessert was amazing in terms of look and taste and size. 何度かお店の前を通って気になっていた アメリカンサイズのハンバーガーや ボリューミーなサンドイッチ、 アメリカンフライドチキンなどのお食事から ワッフルやパフェなどの スイーツまで楽しめるお店です。 店内は広くてカジュアルでお洒落！ テーブル席とソファ席があり ソファ席はソファの背が高く ボックス席っぽくなっていました。

自家製のバンズにビーフ100％のパティを使った こだわりのハンバーガーだけでも15種類！ それにプラスして最近 一つ一つ手仕込みした粗挽き肉のパティを使い ソースもこだわったハプレミアムバーガーが 4種類追加されたみたい。 どれも美味しそうで迷いましたが・・ やっぱり「Premium」が食べたくなるよね！

プレミアムJSバーガーはこちらのお店の 不動の一番人気メニューであり看板メニューの JSバーガーが究極進化したもの。 アボカドとチーズが2倍！ レタスやトマトなどの野菜も たっぷり挟んであり ゆず香るペッパーマヨネーズと 自家製のハニーソイソースの 2種のソースで楽しめるハンバーガーです。 これは女性人気ありそう！ アボカドは美容にいいし 野菜はしっかり入ってるし なんと言っても緑色は罪悪感が薄まる。

パティはもう、「肉！」でステーキに近い感じかな。 肉肉しいの好き♡ 和のテイストのあるソースだからか ボリューミーなのに意外とくどさがない！ ってことで、ペロリでした！ 添えられたらポテトがまた私好みの 細くてカリカリしていてちょうどいい塩加減で 手が止まらなくなりました。
