I am delighted that there is a top-notch Thai dessert shop in Japan. Thai desserts with unique beauty and grace are on display for the Japanese to see and experience. Desserts that reflect the sweetness and grace that is unique to Thailand and its culture. Each piece of dessert is exquisitely made, both in appearance and delicious in taste.

The taste of the dessert is well-rounded and not too sweet. The beautiful and elaborate appearance shows the team’s dedication and the owner’s determination.

伺ったのは 名古屋市千種区末盛通3丁目にあります 「Gateway SIAM」さんです。

覚王山と本山の間、 愛知学院大学歯学部の斜め向かいにあるお店♪

1Fはオーナーさんの奥様敬遠の タイスイーツのお店です♪

タイ料理のコースのお店は 今年の3月にオープンされたばかり(^^)

1日3組限定！ 原則4名～の予約のようですが 空き具合によって要相談。 今回は2名で予約をとらせていただきました♪

とてもお洒落な店内♪ ゴージャスなソファー席♪ 3Fの窓際の席に案内していただきました！ 2人でこの空間は贅沢すぎます(^^)

★前菜3種盛り合わせ 綺麗な盛り合わせが登場♪ グリーンアスパラと人参のソムタム！ タイ料理屋さんのソムタムって かなり辛いですがこれはとても上品な美味しさ♪ アスパラと人参の 食感がよくとても美味しいです(^^)

海老とパイナップルのソテー！ 海老とパイナップルの組み合わせって初めて！ 日本のタイ料理屋さんでは見かけませんが 現地ではポピュラーな組み合わせなんだそうです♪ さらに味付けはレッドカレー！ カレーの辛みとパイナップルが めちゃくちゃ合って美味しい～♪
