McDonald's — Restaurant in Nagoya

It’s McDonalds and I have no problems with their food. However, this location is unacceptable. Why? Because it has no way for a person to walk inside without crossing the drive-thru lanes. There are no painted walkways, nor is there any actual way. If one has kids…where do you walk? Completely unacceptable. Who approved this design? Did the city just close their eyes? If McDonalds wants to make a drive-thru only location, that is fine. But this layout is just waiting for an accident to happen. I hope someone from corporate or the city sees...

This is a review about their company policy. After coming here for years it was first time to hear that the recycle toys are for recycle, cannot be reused/replayed. The kids were disappointed when a staff took away their found toys for “recycle”. It is ironic that McDonalds playing those sustainability videos in the store while they produce large amount plastic wastes (toys), and force people to purchase more, instead of letting the perfect toys to be reused multiple times before...

夜の10時前ごろに訪問しましたが、ドライブスルーの対応をするのに手一杯で、店内の客に手が回っていない状態でした。 注文するまでに5分くらい待ち、注文してから10分程度待って、ようやく食べられました。 マクドナルドでこれだけ待ったのは初めてです。 他のお客さんも同じくらい待っていました。

その間、ドライブスルーの方は、どんどん回転していくので、ドライブスルーにすればよかったかなと後悔しました。 ドライブスルーが３台進むうちに、店内の客がようやく１組呼ばれる、というようなペースの違いでした。 どういうシステムになっているのかよく知りませんが、ドライブスルーも店内の客も同じお金を払っているので、もう少し平等に対応するようにした方がいいのではと思います。

あと、このお店は夜の７時台に行っても、店内の一角が封鎖されています。 その先にトイレがあるので、いちいち店員さんにお伺いを立ててからトイレに行かなければいけないのが、かなり不便です。 掃除の手間を減らしたいのはわかりますが、まだ客の多い時間帯からトイレを含むスペースを閉鎖するのは、決して賢いやり方とは思えません。 全体的にサービスの改善...
