Delicious travel to Europe without having to leave Japan. I come from France and I can only recommend you visit this place. The texture of the macaron and the cakes were 100/10, taste was 100/10 ! The tea portion was generous and I could tell the ingredients were of high quality. I have travelled through Asia and have NEVER EVER been able to eat French/European deserts that tasted legit until I went here. The deserts tasted better than some shops in Paris ! The owners were super cute and sooo nice !! I went there on a weekday in the morning and only another lady was there, this cafe definitely deserves more recognition !! If you want to taste delicious deserts, please come to this cafe, you will not be disappointed !! I will definitely come back, this cafe is a true gem and I hope it will get the clientele and hype it deserves ! P.S: Owners speak enough English to ensure proper communication and they accept card payment.

Nice little place to grab lunch. Pleasant service. 880yen for the lunch set with rice and a pot of tea (there’s coffee too). They also have a monthly specialty coffee. I haven’t tried the desserts (macarons and pound cake) yet, but they are made by the cafe. They have morning and afternoon meal options too

モーニング探訪で、本山の「レトロカームカフェ」へ。 ここは…白くないトーストが旨いッ！（材料はなんだろう？） 焼き方が絶妙で、表面カリっと（特に角）してて歯ざわりがめっちゃいい。 ひと口齧ると、パンのふわっとした甘い香りに続いてバター（マーガリンでは無さそう）の塩味がきてなんとも贅沢な気持ち。 さらに、添えられた卵ペーストを乗せると…ごちそう感！ カフェメニューは、トーストの他にパスタ、サンドイッチなんかもあります。 今回モーニングでは足りず、スモークサーモンサンドも追加。 手作りのタルタルソース、スモークサーモン、クリームチーズの相性のいいこと！！さすがに腹一杯になりました（笑） ここはお菓子も美味しくて（とはいえ全て食べては無いけど）以前、スコーンをテイクアウトして家で温めて食べたら…やられた！ バター感凄く生地がザクザク！甘さも控えめで（言っても糖分抑えてる身にはかなり甘い）、久々に美味しいスコーン食べた。 いつ来ても、やっぱりどれも美味しくて安心ε-(´∀｀*)
