The food was average. There seemed to be no salt 🧂😞. I will go back and try a different taste next time. Also I had never been there before so I changed my order about 30 seconds after I ordered and the waitress was super annoyed 😠. Not a very welcoming woman. But the other waitress was super! Anyway I will try...

ご夫婦+バイトで営まれるハンバーグ専門店。 店内シックなブラウンカラーでまとめられ壁面は間接照明でモダンな感じ。 ハンバーグがメインですが他に気になるものが 車での来店が大半なのでアルコール類の利用する方は少ないと思いますが ビールセットがありましてビールに合うお摘みがイカフライ、いか燻製を天ぷらにした物を特製マヨ付けてが美味しい。 又、ワインにはチーズフライが合うのです。そしてハンバーグも食べるのが美味しい。 サラダはシーザーサラダはレタスだけでシンプルですがハンバーグには必需品。朋サラダはベーコン荒切り炒めた物とトマトを荒切りがコロンコロンと沢山でハンバーグが出来上がる迄のお摘みに美味しい。 ハンバーグのメニューがたまに変わり見付けるのが楽しみな事もある。 今はコロナ禍で人集めできないが以前は「津軽三味線ライブ」でライブ後食事してとかの開催もありました。 ひとつだけ悩みが 厨房の換気を改良して客席に調理臭が余り廻らないようになると良いね。 店出た後の頭から衣服全体に脂混じりの臭いが付着、洗濯や洗髪しないととれないのです。でもハンバーグを食べに行...
