During our visit to CBC Driving School, we stumbled upon a delightful hidden gem – a halal Turkish cafeteria frequented by both CBC students and staff. The proprietor of this charming establishment extended a warm and friendly welcome, particularly upon discovering my Pakistani origin, acknowledging the fraternal connection between our countries. ケバブサンド(ビーフ)と、バグラヴァ&トルコアイスを食べました。 ケバブサンドはお肉がたっぷり入っていて、食べごたえ十分。 バグラヴァは、先日テレビでトルコの伝統的なお菓子として紹介されているのを見て、注文しました。ピスタチオとパイ生地の食感がサクサクとしており、シロップ甘さとバターの香りがして美味しかったです。 また、店員さんも親切でフレンドリーでした。

ただ、メニューはちょくちょく変わるそうなので、そこは気を付けた方が良いかもしれません。
