Tasty, family owned restaurant in Furano. Closer to 4.5 stars than 4 and I recommend stopping here if you're in Furano. It's about a 5ish minute walk from a train station or easily reached by cab from Furano Station. I recommend the miso ramen, pictured, with butter and corn. It's very tasty and you can even order a larger size portion of noodles. The standard bowl is less than 1000 yen so it's a cheap, quick lunch option that won't disappoint.

☆ゑびす屋さん☆ 二度目の訪問になりますよ この日は富良野市に用事があり 丁度お昼時間帯です 以前美味しかったゑびす屋さんに 寄り食べて来ましたよん☆ やはり私は醤油が好きなので 前回と同じメニューっす^^; チャーシュー麺にライスです♪ あっ今日は煮玉子付きですよ〜^^/ ホント美味しかったね♬ 今回もご馳走様でした〜(_ _) 富良野方面を通ると お店はそんなに大きくは無い のですがやはり赤い暖簾が 目立ち黄看板にじっくり煮込んだ 自家製スープにとても惹かれ 訪れてきましたよ～☆ いや本音を言えば以前から入って 見たいと思っていたお店でした(^^) 多分ご夫婦でやっている感じですか やはり私定番の醤油チャーシュー麺 小ライス付は外せません苦笑… 最初スープを一口おっ！甘味がある 変な感じじゃなくやはり時間を かけた奥深さがありサッパリ した美味しいスープでしたよ♪ ホント何処のお店も皆工夫してます 私の考え方はですが各店凄い努力し それを私達は頂いています☆ 本当に御馳走様でした(_ _) (店主さんは相当釣り好きか？）

Local family restaurant. I had the best miso ramen ever in my life. Noodle is springy & the soup is extremely flavourful. Very friendly staff. The miso ramen is so good that my husband & I returned to the shop...
