Cafe Takahashi — Restaurant in Nakanojo

The building and central Nakanojo location they operate in is beautiful. It’s clean and feels like home. I probably would have stayed for hours if the seating wasn’t so uncomfortable lol.

I get the feeling of upscale dining on a budget. The flavor of the food and atmosphere of the interior design are suited for a developed or mature taste…everything around me and in front of me was created thoughtfully. The food wasn’t heavily seasoned or too filling. I recommend the Carbonara for the main dish because of the care and umami of the dish. I also recommend the Coffee Jelly - it’s topped with a scoop of ice cream and the jelly must have been the best I’ve ever tasted.

店内、食器、お料理 どれもとてもオシャレです 部屋ごとに席がくぎられているので、他のお客さんと顔を合わせなくていいのはすごく良いです 画像はありませんが奥の座敷の席を使わせていただきました くつろげます 声は筒抜けになるので静かに楽しみましょう

自分はカルボナーラとサラダ＋甘味セットを注文 カルボナーラは上にのったたまごと豆乳のクリームが合わさってとてもまろやか 厚切りベーコンのアクセントで飽きずに食べられます 甘味は豆腐なコッタを選びました 豆腐の風味を出しつつも甘い黒蜜とベストマッチ 店員さんが初々しいのも良いなと思いました ご馳走様でした パスタはとても美味しいけど、個性がもう少し欲しいなと感じたので今後に期待の星1マイナス
