La BOMBANCE 古宇利島（One Suite THE GRAND内）

It has to be started when i make the call for the dinner reservation. Their staff, Akiko was very patient for my enquiry and arranged my booking. I can tell her voice is smiling in the service.😊 Its the first time me and my friend visit this hotel and the restaurant. The whole dinning experience was surprising me! Frankly, i can eat a lot. I was a bit worry that i might have to order a bit more apart from the course menu. Well, after all, the whole menu was so fulfilling and amazed me on every course! Our server was very attentive and tender. She explained very detail of each course. She escorted us for many pretty pictures with the sunset ocean view pairing with the perfect timing sunset mocktail🥰. Salute to the chef and the entire restaurant team! The plating of every courses are so ig-able. All the decorative edible flowers are surprisingly uplifted the taste of the dish. I love all the tablewares, it made every dish deliciously like a gallery. Their sake B is so smooth and tastes like silk. Under the sunset it became liquid gold. It’s perfectly matched to the sashimi! We bought one home after dinner. Yet, the last dish, it’s a symphony!! The mixture of Foie Gras, the smell of truffle, the grilled eel and blend your own ちゃづけ absolutely fascinated my mouth and mind!!! We were so stupid just dropped by for the dinner n drove back home quickly for a work call. Otherwise, we must try the wine pairing as well. The server was so kind and offer us a room tour after meal. I said to my frd “don’t”, because we are very likely direct check-in after the tour and skipped our works🤣🤣🤣 So, its a very wonderful fine dining adventure! We are so expecting for the new menu to come and visit again soon! Thanks every staffs to make our dining experience perfectly😘 Next time we will surely choose the sleep over package. Looking forward for the great hospitality again soon!
