The best restaurant we visited while in Okinawa. The pancakes and fluffy snow are delicious. The drinks are very good and worth trying as well. The owners are very nice and lovely. While we did not speak Japanese, they were very patient and the pictures make it easy to order. Our favorites were the plain and the caramel pancakes. The mint fluffy snow tastes like Andes mint. They taught me "Oishii" which mean delicious. Wonderful people, food, and view. While we were there, we were the only ones there, and it felt very intimate. One of our top memories from our trip. The waaitress could speak very nice english, seemed nice and took our orders pretty quickly. There were other foreigners there as well, with which we chatted. They had a wifi, nice when you’re away from all mobile data range. The view is absokutely stunning, and so was the menu. A decorated yet extremely simple menu gave us a nice overview as well as shaping a great atmosphere here. The food was very tasty. Not even the sauce/ condiments here were the highlights but rather it was the pancakes themselves, being fluffy and sweet. A wonderful soufflé pancake cafe near Nakijin and Yaedake. The location provides parking and a gorgeous ocean view. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors. The menu had about five different preparations for the pancakes along with a drink menu of coffees and teas. The non-plain pancake sets came with a choice of two or three pancakes, along with a very small fruit bowl and a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. We had the caramel pancakes and the lemon pancakes.
