The Palm — Restaurant in Nanjo

Came to try the Indian food on our way to Costco.

The atmosphere is a 4.5. There are aspects of it I really liked. The outdoor seating looked really nice.

It's quaint and lovely with certain higher end embellishments. The bathrooms sinks were extra fancy looking though

I ordered the palm special as it has a variety. I wanted the dinner special but it was too early and they were inflexible about that. We were mostly left alone. The service could use a bit of work but I think it's the owner and the chef that were in? It wasn't like a hired dedicated server. So the usual expectations of a server weren't met (quality checks etc) but we generally didn't have a problem. Out of the curries I found most of them a bit bland for my taste. Good if you don't want a strong flavor, but it wasn't my preference.

The naan was made very well. It was massive (most on island have been) The rice was standard. We also ordered a Biryani (4 stars). Solid but not a must re order for me. I would go back and try more to see if there's a...

Very nice restaurant. We were there for dinner and there were not a lot of other customers. The staff was very friendly and the food was so good! The plain naan was very fluffy, the garlic naan was crispy and had a lot of garlic. The butter chicken was so tasty! My wife had the set with four types of curry, which all were really delicious.

We chose a table outside on the terrace, which was very nice. We had used insect repellent beforehand and that is definitely recommended, if you want to sit outside, as the terrace is right next to a small Forrest.

Absolutely stunning hidden gem that we found by accident while sight seeing. Delicious curries and seafood pasta. The ambiance alone makes this a serene dining experience. The outdoor garden seating is worth the trip to peacefully relax and enjoy nature. They had heat levels for their food, so you’re able to select how hot you want your meal.
