Very nice food and pretty good coffee. The ambience and view are nice as well. I am generally not very picky and hard to please but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever received in Japan. I was with a Japanese person so it wasn’t miscommunication. Ordered coffee to come after the meal. Had to ask 3 times for coffee after meal. Then after waiting 20minutes in very cold weather we tried to stand inside to drink it and were told to go back outside. Cute cafe right next to one of the temples that are part of the Henro's 88 temple pilgrimage route. Delicious food with sizeable portions - we can recommend the curry (カレー). They also have a good offer in terms of different modalities of coffee and cakes. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Make sure you sit at the terrace - if seats available - for views of the surrounding countryside. To note: free parking and payment in cash. I would definitely go back if I ever visited...

人気のお店のようなので11:20くらいにランチに行きました。 早めに入ったからか席は空いており、テラス席にしました。 ランチはサンドイッチ、カレー、定食の３つから選ぶ感じでした。メニューを絞って回転率を上げる為かなと思いました。２人で定食を注文。 スムージー以外は作り置き出来そうなものでしたが出てくるまで思ったより待ちました。全体的にヘルシーな感じのおかずですが、美味しかったのは筍の乾物の煮付けと冷しゃぶの胡麻ダレです。 シチュー？はジャガイモとニンジンが１個づつ入っているだけで肉はなく、クリームのようなものが少しだけかかっていましたが、コクもとろみもなくシャバシャバしていました。 ご飯の少なさには引くぐらいにびっくりしました。お茶碗ではなく、小皿で出てきたお店は初めてです。写真に撮るとおかずが多く見えますが、ご飯が小さいんだと実物をみてわかりました。 食後のロイヤルミルクティーがミルクたっぷりでお腹は満たされましたが、さっぱりした飲み物だと足りないかもです。 個人的にはもっと煮出した濃いめのロイヤルミルクティーが好みです。 夫はご飯が足りずおかわりをしました。同じサイズの小皿でやってきて追加料金100円でした。 会計の時、レジの男性店員さんに「クレジットカードは使えますか？」と聞くと「はい」と言ったので「じゃ、クレジットで」というと、カウンターの中の女性とフロアの女性が同時に「現金だけです！」と強い口調で言ってきました。男性店員さんは無言でうつむいているだけで、フロアの女性は背中を向けたままで、カウンターの中の女性は怖い顔で私をギッとみていました。 現金も持っていたので現金で払いましたが、私が悪いですか？って疑問が残りました。 レシートも店名が載っていないビリビリのものですし、悪い印象が残ったので友人には...
