Negura Coffee is such a lovely spot! They serve coffee from different countries, and the owner roasts the beans himself and makes excellent drip coffee. The cafe has a pleasant atmosphere and plenty of coffee magazines. It was so nice to chat with the owner and even take some Polaroid photos :)

飫肥街道の幹線沿いにあります 城下町でレトロな地域にも、他の地域同様にこのような自家焙煎のコーヒーショップが増えてきました 韓国ほどではないですが、日本もそこら中にカフェがある時代にはならないで欲しいです こちらは塒（ねぐら）コーヒー 最初、読み間違えて時（とき）コーヒーとオーダーもしてましたが（汗）、オーナーさんにねぐらです!と、指摘されて恥ずかしかったです 店内は観光客で混雑してます テーブルでオーダーしますが、お店の名前を冠した塒コーヒーは売り切れで、代わりにエチオピアのモカを注文 ペーパーフィルターでドリップしてました 味は爽やかな酸味で甘味と後味スッキリだったので、浅煎りだと思います 焙煎機も店の奥にありました ただ、やはりこれだけ本格的なコーヒーを出すなら、このようなカジュアルな店舗ではなく、古民家やオーセンティックな感じの方がマッチするのではと個人的に思いました 観光客もアジア系の外国人が1組だけで、あとは日本人の観光客でした クルーズ船が日南に入港した際には、この辺は一変すると思います
