Small, homey coffee house that focuses exclusively on serving coffee roasted on the premises. Intimate seating, with five tables for customers along with some counter space. A refreshing break from the large chain store coffee houses. The server took the time to go through recommendations based on my preferences and offered a lovely seasonal cheese cake to compliment a perfectly crafted cup of coffee. 令和5年7月下旬、長野県小諸市で同じ「自家焙煎珈琲こもろ」を営業していた2代目が、小諸店を閉め、新潟の本店のあとを継ぎました。 小諸の頃から美味しいコーヒーを出していましたが、新潟に移転してもそれは変わらず、美味しいコーヒーがいただけます。 特に焙煎深めの「小諸ブレンド」と「アイスコーヒー」は絶品だと思うので、試していただきたいです。 また、落ち着いたらこれまた絶品のベイクドチーズケーキが復活するようですので...
