ＢＥＡＮＳＣＡＦＥ — Restaurant in Niigata

The cafe has delicious handmade scones, cookies, and other seasonal snacks, and the scone flavors change seasonally, and the prices are affordable. There are usually molasses & nut, pumpkin, chocolate & walnut, and plain. There are also small handicrafts for sale, and the entire atmosphere of the restaurant is homie and welcoming. It's a small, intimate store with three tables for customers plus a small counter which would comfortably accommodate two people. The owner also has daily lunch deals and will make cakes and quiches to order given enough days to prepare them.

The only reason for a 4-star review is the rather lax corona policy regarding customers and masks. There are acrylic barriers separating all the tables, but some customers have extended conversations in spite of clear mask protocol postings. I'd like the management be a little more proactive. 我が家の近所には『スコーン』と幟が立っているカフェがある。日曜定休だが土曜日に開いているタイミングになかなか通りかかる機会が無かった。昨日通りかかったら運良く営業中。朝ご飯用に好物のスコーン(プレーン)を購入。袋の内に温め方のメモが入っていたので、指示に従いレンジとトースターで温めて頂いた。

海沿いの街を散歩していて少し日差しが強く暑かったので涼みに立ち寄りました🎐 店内には穏やかな音楽が小さい音で流れていて、時折流れる海外のラジオは雰囲気がありました😌 くるみとケシの木の実のケーキがとてもフルーティーで美味しかったです。 セットで頼んだアイスコーヒーはすっきりとした苦みで飲みやすい感じです。 本を読んだりと30分ほどくつろぎましたが、 また新潟に立ち寄ることがあったらぜひおじゃましたいです。 海沿い散歩と合わせ...
