2023.12 ピザ、キッシュの生地が印象的に美味しく、再度、プレオープン中、再訪。

閉店間近の為、先回訪れた際にはあった、カウンターに並べられたピザは無く、注文で焼いてもらいました。ハーフ&ハーフも可で、今回は、それでお願い致しました。

まだ、イートインは出来ませんでしたが、その場で箱を開けると焼き上がったばかりの香りだけでも😋

追記 店舗は、幹線道路から奥に入った、造成されたばかりの住宅街の中。マップを使わないと少々難。 最初は、昔ながらの集落みたいなところに行ってしまうし、、、。

産業道路を新川排水機場方面に向かい、リバーサイド公園を左折。(遊具等は無い園なので、スルーの可能性あり)。少し不安になりますが、住宅街を道なりに進むと小高い場所にあります。

2023.11 縁有って、住宅兼店舗の内覧会へ。

店舗はイタリアンをメインとしながら、NYスタイルのピザも食べられるお店。

店内は、外光を大きく採り入れられるデザインで、カウンター×4、テーブル4人×4。駐車場は、5台程。

現在は、ピザのテイクアウトのみのプレオープン(この日は、5種のピザ、2種のキッシュ、2種のお菓子)。当日は、女性3人でのオペレーション。

この日の購入は、ワンホール、焼成済みピザ4種(クウォーター)と2種のキッシュ。どちらも、特に生地が美味しい😋お品。

次回、機会があれば、お菓子も購入してみようと思います。
