Chinese restaurant Nariki. Excellent prep and delicious ramen. The gyoza is great, but hold back on the homemade chili oil. I had the moyashi (bean sprout) ramen. Delicious, filled with vegetables, and the ramen was cooked exactly right. It's at the Towacho Intersection on the Nikko Kaido going towards Imaichi, just where there is a break in the Cedar trees. About a 15 minute walk from the JR Nikko station. If you're at the JR Station, ask at the visitor's counter, they can guide you.
