[May 2023 Added] Finally come back again after 3 years, I ordered what I used to have in the past, ramen and fried rice, and flavor remains the same with all the memories!! Outstanding and lovely place!! The ramen is outstanding here, already enjoyed more than 10 times within 1 month since I moved to Nagoya, miso ramen is my favorite, and the fried rice is also one of the best.

【2023.12訪問】 限定ラーメン 台湾豚骨ラーメンを注文。 食べた感想は台湾風混ぜそば風豚骨ラーメン。 ホームベージには辛さの目安★★★☆☆ となってたけど、それを知らずに食べると辛みの弱さにがっかりする。 自分で卵を割るシステムもほかのお店もやってるからそうしよう！的な感じで微妙。 【2023.10訪問】 平日夜に訪問。豚骨とラーメンと久々のチャーハン。 人員が少なかったのか、席が空いてるのに案内まで10分。チャーハンは5分で出てきたけど、ラーメンが出たのは10分後。 チャーハンはご飯が水分を吸って美味しくない。べちゃっとしてるって言うよりご飯自体がご飯を吸って膨らんでる感じ。 ラーメンも味が薄い。タレの味も薄ければ、出汁も薄い感じ。初めてのお見せなら2度と行かないレベル。 お店でも味を維持するのは難しいことがよくわかった気がする。 【2023.6訪問】 限定ラーメン博多スタミナ厚切りチャーシューラーメンを食べてきました。 厚切りなのに柔らかい！って感じのチャーシューではなく、ほどよい噛み応えのチャーシューに玉葱やらもやしやら味付きの天かすやら、パンチのあるトッピングでした。 玉葱、もやしを乗せたせいか、前回の限定ラーメン同様スープが薄くなってる。 今回は一緒にいった家族のスープと飲み比べたけど絶対薄い。 野菜を乗せるときは水切りを徹底するか、それに合わせて味を濃くするかして欲しい。 自分でも味を濃くできるけど、やっぱり提供側で調整してもらったほうが確かなので。 もちろん普段食べるレギュラーメニューは安定した美味しさです 【2023.5訪問】 限定ラーメンネギばかチャーシューを食べに行ってきました。 ネギ好きにはたまらない！という感じでした。 ネギをかき分けて速く食べないと麺がのびるので、麺の固さはいつもより固めにした方がいいかもです。 それとネギを洗ったときの水気がスープに落ちるのか、スープがすごく薄く感じられたのが残念でした。 なお、限定ラーメンの時以外にも普通に食べに行ってますが、そのとき食べるレギュラーメニューはいつも美味しくいただいてます。 【2023.1訪問】 1月の終わり、提供終了直前の肉スタミナとんこつを食べてきました。 ここのラーメンが好きでよくいきますが、限定メニューはいつも口に合わなくて残念です。 だったら食べなきゃいいのに。と自分自身思います。 あと、最近チャーシューが変わったのが残念です。 妻も良く行きますが、チャーシューについては怒り心頭です。

Very tasty Spicy Ramen and fried rice. Broth was rich and you can specify how you want your noodles. Noodles are straight thin noodles and hold the broth well. Topping jars are all good and offer many ways to customize your ramen. You order as you enter from the machine, no English menu but Google translate works, looks like cash only as well.

All seats are on the counter, could be difficult for those who have little kids, they have about 15-20 lots for parking, wait time can vary depending on the time you visit but i could average it for 10 minutes max once you get seated.

You can choose the type of your noodle; from hard( I would recommend it バーリ read as BARI), soft, etc. they only serve Tonkotsu based ramen (pork broth) which is really amazing the volume is just right but if you are not satisfied you can always ask for seconds (just the noodles) just say KAIDAMA and they will serve you another serving of noodles for...
