Genroku Sushi — Restaurant in Nogata

Once again, we were introduced to a wonderful eating experience. This is a very traditional, Japanese sushi (but full menu) restaurant located across the street from the Nogata JR Station. The food is exquisite, starting with fantastically fresh ingredients and then perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is old and traditional, they've probably been there forever. And what wonderful people working there....
