Toru NogamiToru Nogami

刺身の盛り合わせはコリコリしていて、さすが漁師町と唸ってしまう。シバタケの湯豆腐はやさしい出汁で食べさせてくれる。能登牛の焼肉は刺身を食べてるような舌触り。しっかり熟成された肉は焼くのがもったいないくらいおいしかった。また行きたいです。

ランチで利用しました。要予約のかに丼・海鮮丼が絶品です。海鮮丼はその日に鮮度がいいものが10品目前後乗っているようです。何度でも行きたいおいしさでした。
