Ramen Sangou Nishi Obihiro — Restaurant in Obihiro

I visited this restaurant twice: once to try the standard miso ramen, the second time to try the spicy miso ramen. I happen to prefer a piquant, salty miso broth. This restaurant’s broth was, on both occasions, disappointing....basically, flavourless. Some people may like this kind of ramen, but it was a chore for me to finish my bowl. The miso ramen available at 7-11 stores has more flavour, IMO. My partner tried the ankake-yakisoba and said the same thing: no better than what you could get at a convenience store. The restaurant itself has a nice ambience and attractive decor, but the benches could benefit from some cushions. What we both found most off-putting, though, was the fact that the kitchen staff, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, weren’t wearing masks (or at best were wearing them under their chins). ＜帯広在住40年の食通ですが＞ ラーメンは十勝でも上位の味です。【食べる価値在り】です。（ただ、味が変化することも…）今回は肉味噌を食べた ↓↓↓ ＜スープ＞ スープはかなり美味い！ダシが濃厚で、味噌だけ濃いとかは無い。最後にスープをすすりたくなる味です。味噌の味など濃いめ好きの人は合わないかも。スープ上の油は多すぎないのが良い。

＜具＞ 肉味噌を食べたが、チャーシューの厚さ、ひき肉、野菜の量が適度である。ただ、メンマや卵、チャーシューの別皿の値段が高い。もう少し下げてくれたら、毎回トッピングも有かなと思う。

＜メニュー＞ 醬油や味噌にもいろんな種類があります。また、豚丼、炒飯、餡かけ焼きそばなどもあります。セットメニューもあります。

＜店＞ 内装は落ち着いた木のお店であるが、少し狭い。休日の昼はかなり人がいるので待ち時間が長い。駐車場と車上の段差が凄く高いので、車の前後を擦りやすいので要注意です。昼と夜だけ営業し、中間はやっていません。

＜その他＆気になる点＞ ・出来れば、メニューにチャーシュー麺があると嬉しい。 ・駐車場の段差は、本当に改善して欲しい（過去4回以上は擦った） ・閉店時間...

お腹が減っていたので、看板を見つけて飛び込みました。 焦がし醤油ラーメンを注文。空いていたのもあり、すぐに出来上がってきました！ 炒めた野菜って美味しい〜チャーシューも美味しい〜o(^o^)o

他のクチコミにも多数あるように、味付けは濃い味です。スープが濃く、メンマもしょっぱいです。深い味わいは感じないけど、後味にがっかり感は無いです。 薄味が好みの方は向かないかもしれません。 肉体労働に疲れ、がつん！としょっぱいやつが欲しいぜ！という人には最高！

入店時の元気な声掛けは無かったです。 開口一番「お持ち帰りですね！」と言われて面白かった。
