Very nice German Style bakery with adjoining small gelateria / cafe. Bread is amazing, a good flavor, has a real crust and you even get sour dough and „Laugen“ products. Enough choice to satisfy everyone‘s need. Showroom is fairly small so be aware that you might have to wait. There is no parking 🅿️ available beside a small slot for a motorcycle or some bikes. The owner has a German Meister degree -- which in itself is something very special in Japan already -- but here it's not the usual somewhat Japanized flavours you often find elsewhere: here they really know what they are doing !
I call it a gem because I am sure the locals know very well what they have here. Prices are more than reasonable. If you need help, ask for the owner, who speaks very good German.
