After a long hiking day in the nearby area, it was so nice to bump into this small ramen place to recharge our roaring stomachs! The broth was with chicken and one could choose a vegetable mix, chicken, fried pork or beef topping to go with the ramen. There was also a roast beef with rice which was super yummy. Went here for lunch and had the roast duck ramen. The soup has a delicate flavour, not as rich as i was expecting but it was very tasty…. almost refreshing. Noodles had good bite and the duck was blowtorched before being added which gave a slight smoky flavour. The good thing about this ramen was the amount of vegetables served with it…. Not just your usual mountain of moyashi and negi. I usually prefer a richer broth but this is a good ramen for sure. Best...

Really amazing ramen. The best Shoyu I’ve ever eaten. Broth was was delicate but not lacking any flavour. Noodles were nice and thick. Duck was simply amazing and the vegetables at the top were chosen perfectly. The perfect ramen.
