As the bottle of alcohol was too high I kindly ask the staff (a woman with short red hair) if she could help me (I asked her in Japanese). She answered in a very rude way (何を言っているですか?) With a very bad attitude, not looking at me at all. I repeated my request but she didn't answer anything. She immediately took the bottle and gave it to me without saying a word. I thanked her but she suddenly left without saying anything.
