鯉のあらいとご飯をいただきました。 鯉こく（味噌汁）がご飯に付いて来るようです。 鯉は初めて食べましたが、刺身・鯉こく共に、臭みが全く無く非常に食べやすかったです。 刺身は、食感はコリコリで楽しく、味はとても淡白だった印象です。 鯉こくになると、ほくほくとほぐれ、味噌の味が染み込んでいました。骨には注意が必要です。 呼び鈴が無いので、店員さんを呼ぶにはそこそこ声を張る必要がありますが、親切に対応していただきました。

개인실만 있는듯 해서 편하게 식사할 수 있음. 혼자 갔었는데도 친절히 대해주셔서 감사했음. 잉어회 자체는 아무 맛도 없는듯함, 유자소스에 찍어먹는듯 한데 소스맛에 먹는 느낌. 잉어 미소국이랑, 잉어 조림도 포함되있는 정식이 있으니 그거 드시는걸 추천함.

清水の他のお店と比べちゃうとワンランク下がってしまいますね。 鯉こくはアッサリして深みがなかったですね〜 佐賀人特有の説明不足感がでているお店なので、初めて鯉を食す人は他のお店からスタートした方がいいかもしれませんね✨ 酢味噌や薬味は濃いめの味で好きな味でした😄

ここの特徴は鯉のあらいを食べるときの酢味噌！酢味噌は甘口なんですが、辛いのを自分の好みで入れれます。 酢味噌って辛い所が多いのですが、ここでは自分で調節出きるので辛いの苦手な自分と母と辛いの好きな父や妹と皆で一緒に食べれるお店です。 あと、鯉こくもすっごく美味しいです。卵が必ず入ってるがグッと。お土産ように売ってるので家で...
