たっぷり野菜と挽き肉のミネストローネ

元祖シチリア風ライスコロッケ、ミートソースがけ
真ん中にモッツァレラチーズの塊が入った、ソフトボールサイズのトマト風味の爆弾ライスコロッケ。カリッと香ばしく揚げて、中のチーズがとろとろに溶けたところで熱々のミートソースをかけてお出しします。カプリチョーザに来たなら一度は食べてほしい名物料理。
ラザニアのミートクリームグラタン
板状に延ばしたパスタを、ミートソースと、粉チーズを加えクリーミーなソースにして、チーズを掛けオーブンで熱々とろとろに焼き上げて提供します。パン(別売り)を追加し、一緒に食べるとよりいっそう美味しくお召し上がり頂けます。”ラザニア”とは板状に延ばしたパスタの名前です。
