KFC AEON MALL Shimoda store — Restaurant in Oirase

I don’t know who will read this but Kentucky Christmas was terrible. We pre ordered and when we arrived we were told it would take 30 minutes (10 minutes after our order time). Well I was fine with that until it turned out to be untrue. The manager had to come out and tell everyone that the machines were having problems. We ended up waiting an hour and fifteen minutes past our pick up time (which our pick up time was already late because that was the only time they had available).

I think I was pretty ok with the wait until we realized the bucket was just the regular KFC bucket, they didn’t even give us the Christmas bucket. Which is just the cherry on top of a terrible customer experience. Definitely the worst customer experience I have ever had in Japan and somehow worse than American KFC.
