昨年のこと。 あっという間に2023も大晦日、そして新年に。 遅くなりましたが皆様一年お疲れ様でした。 今年もよろしくお願いします。 昨年も色んな場所で、色んな美味いご飯をいただきましたが、締め括りの出張は大分へ。

大分というとこの時期はやはり関サバかなと思いきや、なんと天然物のとらふぐをいただく。 ムギュッとした歯応え、じわじわと来る旨味と甘味に悶絶。 大好きなひれ酒を煽りつつ、関サバとアラを使った贅沢な大分名物のりゅうきゅうに舌鼓を打つ。 白ご飯にぶっかけて喰らったら美味いだろうなぁ、これ。 おすすめの天ぷらもサックサクのうまうま。

〆はなんとカレー。 お腹一杯なのにペロっといけちゃうから不思議。 素晴らしい2023ラスト晩餐に感謝。 ごちそうさまでした。
