For the longest time, I liked M*tsuya than other similar place, however today we went to Sukiya in Oita and it changes my mind. This place has a nice set menu for breakfast and lunch and it has just the right flavor! The place is quite spacious for family or just to eat here by yourself and the service is nice Their menu is in the tablet on each table so you can order calmly without having someone waiting behind you to reach the order machine. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would surely comeback again

久しぶりに店内でテイクアウトしたらタッチパネルになっており、説明もしてもらえず会計行けば違う方の金額を提示され、もう一人のお客さんが私のと間違えてますよと丁寧に教えてくださり店員さんはその人にだけ謝る。待っている間もだるそうにする男性店員。 お会計もブツブツ早口で言うため聞き返さないとわからない。蓋一つつけるのにかなりの時間かけてだるそうにゆっくりしてました。見たくなかったです。最後にもう少しちゃんと愛想よくできないのと言ったらすみませんと言いながらそのままそっぽ向いてテイクアウトの他の方の準備してました（笑）どうも納得行かずお客様センターに電話したら、なんと店舗責任者がどこで働いているのかわからず個人的に電話してるけど出ないとのこと。毎日責任者が自己判断でどこの店舗に行こうかなと決めて、行き先は誰にもわからないらしい（笑）そんな会社ブラックだし責任者もお飾りになるでしょと言ったら「お飾りなんです」とのことでした（笑）さすがに素晴らしい会社ですねと褒めました。吉野家にはそんな人居ないし丁寧ですからすき家は大したものだし私ならそんなすき家みたいなマニュアル通りで頑なに電話繋げないために無理くり嘘を並べるのはすごいですと言いました。もう今度からは吉野家でいいです。吉野家がいいです。ずっとこんな店員同士で頑張ってください。 この男性店員さんは20代ぐらいの目の細くな...
