Sushiro is one of the best kaiten-zushi (conveyor belt sushi) restaurants I've been to. It offers a great balance between affordability and quality, with a wide selection of sushi that goes far beyond the basics. I was especially impressed by some of their seasonal and gourmet options — beautifully presented and surprisingly refined for a casual chain.
