I finally got the chance to try out this new ramen spot that opened up. I definitely recommend it. I think the staff may have been nervous because of the recent grand opening and dealing with an American, but overall they were very friendly! The store itself is very clean and everything inside seems brand new. Ordering is done through a vending machine. You pay at the machine then it spits out tickets that you give to the staff. They were unfortunately out of their "special" ramen when I went, so I tried the pork tonkotsu ramen. It was phenomenal. The flavor of the soup is very heavy, and the noodles were thick with a good amount of firmness. Additionally, the pork was very good. I really enjoyed the ramen here, especially considering how cheap it is. They also provided a free egg topping and the rice is self-service and free as well.
