A fantastic chicken restaurant in the Awase area of Okinawa offers delicious rotisserie chicken—simple, healthy, and full of flavor. The prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly. The restaurant has adequate seating, making it a comfortable place to enjoy your meal. I had the half chicken which comes with a noodle soup.

One small suggestion: It would be great to have an option for a side of something spicy, like chili, available (I didn’t see it on the menu). Also, while the meal comes with soba noodle soup, it would be even better if they served a more flavorful chicken broth made from the rotisserie chicken bones. Not only would this utilize the bones, but it would also add a nourishing and digestive-friendly element...

泡瀬で人気のチキン屋さんです。めちゃくちゃガーリックが効いていながら、それがいやじゃなくて、絶妙に美味しい。子供たちもパクパク食べてしまいます。これはお酒にも、ご飯にも、最高にマッチするチキンで、リピート確定しています。丸ごとをカットしてくれたものをパックで買えるので、自宅用でも、持ち寄りの手土産にも、ビーチにも、コンドミニアムやホテル飲みのつまみにもバッチリ！ただし、めちゃくちゃニンニクの香りが漂うので、場所や食べるタイミングは選ぶかもしれないです。それだけ気になるだけで、ほかには何もないです！とにかく鳥も味付けも美味しく頂きました。次回は骨を活用してスープにしたい！と思っている絶品チキン！餃子のニンニク増し増しの中身がチキンに乗せられている！そんなチキンの丸焼き！わざわざ行かないと辿りつかないのですが、わざわざ訪ねて買いたいチキン！うるま方面の海遊びや泡瀬で甘いスイーツを食べた後に購入もおすすめです！チキンの丸焼きやチキン手土産は、沖縄文化な一つだと思っています。是非お試しください！
