This is a popular soba restaurant and for good reason. The broth is very flavorful and the portions are generous for the price. I ordered the soki soba (ソーキそば) which is a popular dish and one I recommend if you ever visit. It gets crowded here on weekends. Visit early on the weekend or during a week day otherwise.

ここのテビチは今まで沖縄で食べたテビチで一番に美味しいです。私はここではテビチの煮付けか通常の煮付けを食べます。テビチの煮付けは多くのテビチが入って食べ応えがあり最高です。煮付けは野菜が増えてテビチ以外に他の部位が入ってます。豚はソーキとチマグが入り味噌汁の代わりに沖縄そばの小が付いて来ます。私はここのテビチを食べる為に毎会、那覇から１時間ドライブして泉食堂のテビチを食べに行きます。これからも末永く通わせていただきます。 The pigs' trotters here are the best I've had in Okinawa so far. I eat either the stewed pigs' trotters or the regular stewed ones here. The stewed pigs' trotters have a lot of tebichi in them and are very filling. The stewed ones have more vegetables and contain other parts of the pig besides the trotters. The pork is made with ribs and thigh meat, and comes with a small bowl of Okinawa soba instead of miso soup. I drive an hour from Naha every time I go to Izumi Shokudo to eat the pigs' trotters here. I will continue to come here for a long time to come.

「和泉食堂」で「てびち煮付」を食べてきた。沖縄での食事といえば、沖縄そばにステーキ、ヒージャー(山羊そば)、チャンプルー、アグー豚、ポーク玉子に沖縄ちゃんぽん(みかど)まで食べてきたが、てびち煮付けの有名店には行っていないではないかー。 「和泉食堂」は1979年創業で、2018年に金武町から移転してきた人気店だ。場所は沖縄北インターを降りて、国道329号を北上すると右手にある。 もちろん注文は、一番人気の「てびち煮付」(900円税込)。ごはん、てびち煮付、漬物、ミニそばが付いてくる。デカいてびちが5個もあり、野菜もたっぷり入っていてお腹いっぱいになる。ともかくてびちがぷるっぷるの軟らかさ、しっかりとした甘めの味付けは、ビールにもご飯によく合う。これはリピート確実の店だ！ 「和泉食堂」はてびちや沖縄そばの専門店でメニューは以下の通り。 てびち煮付 900円、煮付 900円、てびち汁 880円、なかみ汁 780円、あーさー汁 850円、味噌汁 750円、ふーちばーじゅうしー 700円、あーさーじゅうしー 750円、やさいちゃんぷるー 750円、やさいおかず 700円、そば定食A 780円(野菜煮付・ちゃんぷるー付き)、そば定食B 800円(マーボー島豆腐付き)、塩軟骨そーきそば大 750円、中 650円、てびちそば 780円、なかみそば 730円、野菜そば 700円、そーきそば 780円、沖縄そば大 680円、中 600円、ソーキの黒酢酢豚 900円、ガーリックチャーハン 780円、カレーライス 730円

Fantastic new little shokudo. Soba broth is thick and porky with piles of meat on top. At first glance the price looks a little high, <1000 but high for soba. However, the portions and quality easily make up for that.

Izumi foods made my family feel at home. Real Okinawan soul food you must try. Just in case, tebitzi is fully boiled fork foot with seasoning. Sokki soba is noodle soup with marionated fork tenderloin.

Super local soba restaurant. Amazing portions and flavourful meat and broth. Recommend coming a little before or after the lunch rush as this place gets packed with locals.
