Many restaurants close a little early in this area but this one was still open. My friend said the sushi was good. This area is famous for Maguro but I am vegan so i ate some cucumber rolls and Ume-shiso rolls. I was happy with that :)

飛び込みでお邪魔しました。 大将と女将さんとでアットホームなお店です。 大将は若い時から東京で修業され、最後は銀座の有名店でお仕事されたそうです。 寿司屋の命、シャリも美味しくておまけに握り具合もふんわり解れて素晴らしいです。 夏場は本鮪の味もボケて本来の味じゃ無いそうで、この日は大将のおまかせ握りをいただきました。 それでも赤身の酸味と旨みが良い塩梅でしたので、追加で鉄火巻きも一本お願いしました。 鉄火巻きも巻いたシャリの真ん中に赤身が鎮座するという、基本に忠実な仕事具合です。 また来月も伺えると思うので再訪決定です。 大変美味しゅうございました。

大間への旅行で、大間のマグロが食べたくてこちらへ。大間崎前にはたくさんマグロ丼を食べさせる食堂がありますが、観光客向けで客引きもあって、気が乗らず、町へ。地元の寿司屋の方が落ち着いていて正解です。日曜日ですが、客もいなくてすぐに入れました。座敷とカウンターがある一般的な寿司屋です。「花」という握り寿司、連れは大間マグロ尽くしの握り(5150円)。寿司は普通に美味しいのですが、マグロが圧倒的に美味でした。大間産のマグロを食べるならば、ぜひおすすめします。

大間に来て居酒屋さんで食事し２軒目で福寿司さんに行きました。 大将は優しそうな方で小上がりに薦められ座りました。 お寿司は２軒目でお腹もそんなに空いてなかったのもあって、握りの花をお願いしました。 お寿司はとても美味しく頂きました。 ただ、女将の機嫌が悪かったのか…席に着いてから、お会計するまで、終始態度が悪く、自分は日本一周の旅の途中で大間に立ち寄り、美味しいまぐろを頂いたのですが、女将の対応があまりにも悪く、とてもガッカリさせられました。

今まで伺ったお店で過去最悪な位接客...
