Tiny coffee roasters off the side of the road. They have space for sitting and drinking but it is definitely more setup for purchasing beans or grounds and then leaving. The coffee smelled excellent and we bought 2 different blends. We also ordered two ice coffees which were excellent. We were there at 17:30 , 30 minutes before closing and the woman asked us to order take out. Working on island time maybe. For a roasters great, not a cafe. They have specials on grounds every first Saturday of the month. Details in the photo.

店内のブレンドコーヒーと、モカの豆を購入。テイクアウトのブレンドコーヒーはまずまずの味で、豆の品質劣化は感じなかった。コスパの良い豆であって、スペシャリティコーヒーでは無いので、無難なレベルかな。 モカは一般的にはエチオピア・イエメン産だが、ラベルの原産国の表記にブラジルが入ったりしているのはちょっと疑問だ。肝心な味の方は結構おいしくて、200g1050円はコストパフォーマンスが高い。ほどよい酸味とほのかな苦味、日常使いのコーヒーとしてじゅうぶんなレベル。豆の劣化は感じない。豆は冷凍保存をおすすめする。 おすすめの入れ方は細挽きにして、豆20gに対してお湯160mlを投入して約110mlを抽出後、フィルターを外してお湯100mlを入れて約210mlが完成。苦味、酸味のバランスがよく、クセのない日常的なコーヒーをコストパフォーマンス良く買えるお店だ。

たまたま近くに用事があり、少し時間あったのでテイクアウトのコーヒー屋さんを探してて、ベストな場所に発見！通りから一本入るので、通りすがりでは見つけられなそうです。道向かいに駐車できるスペースがあり、買い物中は停めてて大丈夫だそうです。 いろんな豆が置いてあり、コーヒー好きには堪らないですね。ただ店員さんがお一人でされているので、タイミングによってはかなり待つかも？？という感じでした。 味は可もなく、不可もなくなカフェラテでした。コーヒー屋さんなのでブラックで飲むべきだったかなぁと後から後悔しました。また山田あたりを通る時は挑戦してみたいと思います。あとサイズはもう少し大きいサイズもあると嬉しいです。

On Google it says it's open until 6pm and right now it's 3:30 and it's closed. I took a taxi to come and wait for the bus. It has already happened to me several times in northern Okinawa I don’t know the owners of the restaurant don’t do...

We have lived here a year and this is the best coffee whole beans we have come across . Reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend if you are coffee snobs...
