Service needs improvement! I asked for fresh towels, they said ‘how many?’ and followed up that it would be an additional fee… why? Just give guests this simple service like towels, it costs nothing! Guests should just take towels from the cart themselves instead of asking. Simple clean rooms, beach access, and small kids pool. Great for kids in good weather. Motel style, outdoor hallway.
