Service needs improvement! I asked for fresh towels, they said ‘how many?’ and followed up that it would be an additional fee… why? Just give guests this simple service like towels, it costs nothing! Guests should just take towels from the cart themselves instead of asking. Simple clean rooms, beach access, and small kids pool. Great for kids in good weather. Motel style, outdoor hallway. Great for local scuba or snorkeling at cheap rate (28,000yen for 2 nights for 2 people). Many better service hotel or airbnb options in the area if that is what is important to you.

Disappointing lunch buffet. Mostly previously frozen and then deep fried items. The salad bar was tiny with just a few options. Much better options in Okinawa...
