I ordered a bowl of "Niku Chuka Soba." This chashu (?) probably wouldn't be something anyone in Hong Kong would dare to make - basically, except for that one pink line that was meat, everything else was fat. With each bite, it was like a lard bomb exploding in your mouth, and that rich sweetness was truly unforgettable. The soy sauce broth had a slight acidity, and along with the green onions cut to the size of fingertips, it balanced the dish so it wasn't too greasy. This bowl is worth trying.

Just order the regular tonkatsu and strap your seatbelt tight. All the ramen shops in US can blame the owner of this shop for my decision to never have any ramen in US.

こう言う変わった店名というか文章になった店名のラーメン屋は美味しいと言うイメージがないですか？ 株式会社UNCHIさんが走りなのかどうか。 塚本で仕事だったのでこの店を見つけて興味が湧いたので入ってみました。 きっと行列だと思っていたのですが、12時半の時点で半数くらいの入り。 メニューを見て悩んだ末に限定ラーメンにしてみた。 ご飯ものも食べたかったので少し奮発して豚丼とのセットでお願いしまーす。 ◆キノコと白ハマグリの醤油らぁめん＋豚丼 セット価格 1110円 出て来たラーメンを見て、えっ？！ このラーメンの写真は無かったけど、他のラーメン達の写真と比べて圧倒的に寂しいビジュアル。 ラーメン鉢の縁もカエシが飛び散ってるし、雑な感じ。 続いて来た豚丼を見て、やっぱりこれもか。 これも盛り付けが雑すぎる…。 縁には色んなとこに米粒が付いてるし、汗 写真では気を遣って沢山米粒が付いてる方を手前にしてボカしてます。 この時点で食べる前からテンション下がりました。 まぁ美味しければ良いのですが。 スープを飲むとまぁ普通に美味しい。 平打ちちぢれ麺はしなやかだけどプリッとしてなかなか好きな麺。 盛り付けは雑でしたがラーメンの味的には普通に美味しい。 ハマグリは肉厚で美味しかった♪ チャーシューだけは下味がかなり薄くて好みではありませんでしたが。 次に豚丼を一口食べたら予想外の匂いに驚く。 何これ？ オレンジ色の何かがふりかけられているけど、これの匂いけっこう強い。 私はこの匂いダメだなぁ。 あと肉が硬くて…。 豚丼は残しました。 盛り付けは考慮せず純粋に個別に味の点数を付けると ラーメン→3.3 豚丼→2.5 豚丼はサイドメニューなので点数は間を取らずにややラーメン寄りの3.0とさせて頂きました。 ごちそうさまでした。
